Ordering information
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to orders placed through Flower Delivery France, operated by EC Global Promotions Ltd through the InternetFlorist fulfilment network.
Last updated 29 October 2026Orders and payment
You must provide complete and accurate customer, recipient, address, access, telephone and delivery-date information. An order is accepted only after successful payment and confirmation, and remains subject to product and delivery availability.
Fulfilment and delivery
Orders may be prepared by an independent local florist or supplier and delivered by a florist, courier or other delivery partner. We make reasonable efforts to meet the requested date, but a date or time is guaranteed only when checkout expressly says so. Recipient absence, access restrictions, weather, traffic, holidays and incomplete details may affect delivery or require an additional delivery charge.
Natural products and substitutions
Flowers and plants are seasonal natural products, so colour, size and appearance may vary. When an item is unavailable, a suitable substitution of similar quality and value may be made while preserving the overall style and colour as closely as reasonably possible. Food and gift items may contain allergens; contact us before ordering where this matters.
Changes, cancellation and withdrawal
Contact us promptly if an order needs to change or be cancelled. A change or cancellation may no longer be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun. The usual EU 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply to rapidly perishable goods such as fresh flowers or to certain personalised goods. Mandatory rights for eligible non-perishable goods remain unaffected.
Complaints, non-delivery and refunds
Report a quality problem as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours for perishable goods—with the order number, an explanation and clear photographs. Report non-delivery promptly so it can be investigated. Where a remedy is due, it may include redelivery, replacement or refund according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
Liability and consumer rights
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited. Events outside reasonable control may delay fulfilment, but mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. If a term conflicts with mandatory consumer law applicable to you, that law prevails.
